Show Notes

In this episode, Revitalize Women Physician co-founders discuss mentoring, sponsoring, coaching, and mastermind groups. We debunk some mentoring myths and share how group coaching and mastermind groups can rapidly accelerate your personal and professional development. We discuss how women physicians can get unstuck and unlock more joy and fulfillment both at home and at work.

We discuss the upcoming Career Transitions Program, a virtual, 5 session mastermind group for women physicians looking to make a professional change. This change could be taking on a leadership role, pivoting to a non-clinical role, or changing up your clinical mix. We also welcome physicians that may want to stay where they are but need help with job crafting and mindset shifts to make their current position better.  The program will be Sept 7, 21, Oct 5, 26 and Nov 2nd at 12pm ET/9am PT. Sessions are 90 minutes.

MicroSkills is built on one core, easy-to-learn principle: every big goal, complicated task, healthy habit, and, yes, even what we think of as character traits, can be broken down into small, learnable, skills that can be practiced, and incorporated real-time. Pre-order wherever you buy your books or on Amazon; launches Apr 16.
