Leslie Koenig, MD is a board-certified emergency physician, Afghanistan combat veteran, COVID frontline hero, and creator of the Stress Relief Survival Guide. In the emergency room, Dr. Koenig accumulated an arsenal of techniques that work quickly and efficiently to lower stress. Through her military service, fast-paced career, work through the pandemic, and personal journey, she has helped thousands through their worst days in just minutes. Born and raised in the Midwest, she loves being a mom and wife, loves to exercise, travel, meditate, and is constantly seeking new hobbies.

In this episode, we discuss the large cultural shifts needed to transform the healthcare system to promote physician well-being.
